2021 has definitely been a year! It has been such a year that even I had to take a step back from writing and I do apologize for the extremely long hiatus!
For my regular readers, you may be wondering what has been happening. Well, I do have some announcements…I am expecting my first baby! Our first baby girl is expected to arrive in December and needless to say, our family is overjoyed and anticipating her sweet arrival which is rapidly approaching! In the midst of planning and preparing the nursery, first-time mom books and journals, prenatal appointments and baby showers; it has definitely become a bit busier in my household.
On top of working through my doctoral degree program, and the newer teacher joys of teaching high schoolers; it has been quite a year. Though as we near the holiday season and upcoming arrival, I did want to touch base and provide an update. I have missed writing but feel I may have a bit more time as I finally get back on track to that passion.
